DSN Labs located in the heart of india i.e. in Hyderabad,Capital of Telangana in an area of 1 acre API and 6000 Sq Mts intermediate manufacturing facilities and R&D lab in 1000Sq Mts.Containing a total of 10 stainless steel,glass lined and cryogenic reactors with all associated ancillary services the facility has been consistently updating the new technological developments.The facilities above along with the dedicated experienced technical team is not only serving the customer requirements but also working on fulfilment of regulatory concerns of a very wide variety of intermediates and APIs.
Quality Systems
DSN Labs has its own IPR team to apart from the qualified QA&QC to fulfil regulatory need of its customer with but also working on the continual improvement of processes leading to a better efficiency.yield and quality under stringent quality control and assurance standards.
Our QA is regularly working on the implementation of effective quality management system by incorporating cGMP to achieve effective control of quality.Adequate facilities are created and trained personnel and recruited to accomplish the aims and objectives of the Quality system adopted.Ts specific part of good manufacturing practices (GMP) is concerned with sampling,testing,documentation and release procedures for raw materials and finished products.
Research Development
DSN Labs was fully equipped with the analytical instruments which will allow us to provide satisfactory assurance to our customers on quality issues of the intermediates and APIs. The Equipments includes Advance Polari meter,Gas Chronograph,Muffle Furnace,K.F.Auto titrator. High performance liquid Chronograph,UV visible spectrophotometer,TLC chamber,Melting/boiling point apparatus and so on.
